Ms. Tüzün brings our team two decades of experience in mergers and acquisitions. She has a broad transactional practice with experience in private and governmental mergers and acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures as well as general corporate advisory work. She is also specialized on human resources and employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions.

Ms. Tüzün's experience on advising numerous multi-national and domestic clients extends across a wide range of sectors including hospitality and leisure, real estate, retail and industrial. Prior to her current private practice, Ms. Tüzün worked at the Istanbul offices of White & Case where she co-headed the firm's local M&A Practice Group and was the head of the Employment and Benefits Practice Group.
